NYT: Plants Have Feelings, and Sex Organs, Too New Yorkers, I have been making this show for nearly three years. We premiered it in January. It runs till the 25th of this month. Allow me to project for a second and if I’m not mistaken this weird amazing live shit is why you moved to this city. This is the kind of innovation is what makes New York amazing, not foursquare, or tumblr, or silicon alley. We made something weird, and perverse and disturbing and enjoyable and we don’t even know you, but we made it for you. Tomorrow I turn 30 and at the end of rehearsal today my friends at Botanica presented me with this trophy of chicken and beer. The chicken symbolizes strength, and the beer symbolizes ingenuity. That’s what I decided. I’m an adult so it has to be true.

Botanica rehearsals start tomorrow @ 3LD. We’ll be in there for six months. Just priming my brain for that is all.
